When the power goes or something smells of burning, you want someone who picks up the phone. Call us, tell us what's happening and we'll tell you what to do while we're on our way.
First we make it safe. Then we find the cause, and you get a fixed quote before any repair beyond that.

Do you work outside office hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Call us anyway and we'll tell you how soon we can be there.
Should I keep resetting the breaker?
No. If it trips again straight away, something is wrong on that circuit. Leave it off and call us.
How fast can you come?
As soon as we can. When you call, we tell you honestly when we can be there and what to do until then. Customers on a maintenance plan go first in the diary.
