Your fuse board protects you and your family, not just the things you plug in. A modern board cuts the power in a fraction of a second if someone gets a shock or a circuit is overloaded. Old boards with rewireable fuses or no RCD can't do that at all, or not fast enough.
We replace it with a modern consumer unit, label every circuit and test the whole installation before we leave.

Do I need an inspection first?
We test the circuits as part of the job. If one of them has a problem, we tell you before we connect it to the new board.
What does a new fuse board cost?
It depends on the number of circuits and what's already there. We look at it first and give you a fixed written price before we start, free and with no obligation.
